The Architectural Review Committee of Sun Valley reviews and approves all architectural and landscape aspects of any improvement done to any home or lot, within Sun Valley. The purpose of this committee is to ensure any improvements fall within the Association By-Laws and the building codes of Palm Beach County. You must submit an application along with your plans to the Committee prior to your starting the project.
When you print the form it will contain two copies. Fill out both of them, one will be returned to you with the approval and the other is for the Committee use.
After you have completed both forms, mail them along with your plans to the committee. The address is on the form.

Sun Valley Pool is for members only at a cost of $275 per year, running from June 1st to May 31st; $150 - weekends membership (Friday-Saturday-Sunday); and $150 - winter membership (Nov 1st to March 31st). Pool key, and rules can be obtained from my Reitano (Home: 737-7419; Cell: 506-3685; e-mail: amyreitano@comcast.net).
To obtain your key, return the completed application form and a check made payable to "Sun Valley Homeowners Association", to P.O.box 740362, Boynton Beach, 33474.
Two garage sales per calendar year per residence are allowed by permit only from SUN VALLEY BOARD OF DIRECTORS. Only used items from your own home may be sold. Bringing outside merchandise in for sale is subject to a fine.
A garage sale permit must be obtained from the SUN VALLEY BOARD OF DIRECTORS before the sale. Allow sufficient time for your request to be granted.
Please fill out the entire form with your information prior to submitting it for approval.
The Sun Valley Newsletter is published six times a year as follows: Jan/Feb., March/April, May/June, July/August, Sept. /Oct., and Nov. /Dec. If you wish to advertise your business , please fill out the Newsletter Advertising Contract and submit it no later than the 15th of the month prior in which the newsletter is to be published..
